We're excited to ship you your order. Before placing an order interntionally, we recommend using our fit finder and setting up a virtual appointment to ensure the best fit experience.
For shipping costs on international orders, we charge exactly what the shipping label costs and we do our best to make it as affordable as possible. Please note that your order will be subject to your country's import tax fees which, depending on the country you are shopping from, will show on the actual products themselves prior to checkout.
To calculate cost, we recommend entering your international address at checkout. The final price will include taxes & duties delivered to your door, no hidden fees and no additional fees due upon arrival.
Our international orders are shipped via DHL express within 2-3 business days from our fulfillment center in Ohio, the in-transit time frames can vary depending on the location we are shipping to but on average they will deliver within 7-15 business days. Time frames displayed at check-out are accurate.
We do not offer any other international shipping services outside of DHL express and signature is required for all DHL deliveries automatically.
Customers may be able to ask to have signature release via On Demand Delivery (ODD) and driver will leave the package - This preference is set by the CNEE/Consumer when DHL sends out their email offering the option.
