We accept returns or exchanges on items in your order within 30 days of you receiving them, and all items must be unworn and in the same condition that they were received. This excludes sale, personalized and made-to-order items which are ineligible for return or exchange unless damaged.

Orders showing delivered but that were not received will not be refunded or replaced unless Green Shipping Protection was purchased.

If your items become damaged after receiving them, we may replace them up to 90 days after delivery. Please email us at [email protected] with your issue and photos of the damage and we will review these exchanges on a case by case basis. We will not issue a refund for items damaged after wear.

Event Dates

After the event date associated with your order has passed, your return or exchange will no longer be eligible for self-service. You may reach out to us at [email protected] if your items are unworn and unaltered or the event date on your order was incorrect. We will review these requests on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees and package protection are non-refundable. In the event you would like to return your order, a refund will be issued for products returned. 

Standard shipping on exchanges is free. Exchanges requiring expedited shipping are subject to an additional charge to cover shipping fees.

International Orders

International orders do not currently qualify for free exchanges/returns. In order to receive new sizes, you will need to place another order on our website. Standard international shipping, taxes, and duties fees will apply. We also cannot cover shipping costs for international returns, so your total refund will include a deduction of the shipping costs as the "handling fee."

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, simply fill out the returns/exchange form and we will make sure to process the request quickly to get you what you need on time. For items that need to be returned to us, we will issue a pre-paid return label that will be emailed to the address associated with your order. Any return shipping labels that have been manipulated in any way will not qualify for a refund.

Refunds for returned product will be processed as soon as the items are received and processed by our team. This can take 5-7 business days after delivery. You will receive an email notification confirming the credit to your original payment method once the return is confirmed.
