If you don't know your size, no problem! No need to go get measurements taken, because we have an easy, data-backed tool called the Fit Finder. Even if we don't nail the size on the first try, we offer free unlimited exchanges on all US orders.

☞ How do I pick the right size?

Once an order is placed, we ship within 3-5 business days and, once shipped, orders take an average of 7-10 business days to arrive. Please note that backordered items will not ship until the indicated backorder date. We also offer 2 day and overnight shipping options at checkout. Keep in mind, these will also ship after a 1-2 business day processing time.

⛟ What is your standard shipping time?

We would be happy to help you with a return/ exchange. You can find our self-service return and exchange form here. If your order is "unavailable for self service" this is typically for one of the following reasons: 

1. Order was received over 30 days ago
2. Event date on the order has already passed 
3. You need a shoe return and shoes need their own separate label.

Although we fit the majority of our customers online, nothing beats meeting with a stylist if you're located near one of our showrooms. Book a free appointment here. Showrooms carry inventory to try on and your order is shipped directly to your door. We do not offer measurement or alterations services in store.

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order ships. You will be emailed tracking information once your package is on it's way to you. If you have not received this email, please check your spam or promotions folders.
