I ordered from Dessy and need to return/exchange.Updated a few seconds ago
We handle all shipping/returns/exchanges for SuitShop suiting purchased from Dessy's site and you can view our return policy here.
To initiate a return or exchange of your items, simply visit our returns and exchanges page.
You will need to enter your SuitShop order number found on the packing slip inside the box:
Do not enter the Dessy order number. Follow the prompts from there to select a return for refund, an instant exchange to compare sizes or a basic exchange to send the items back for new sizes.
Please note, the value of the items may show a different amount than what you paid on the Dessy website, this is because of the way our partnership orders come through on our end. But don't worry, once you process the return or exchange the full value of what you paid originally, minus any shipping you paid to Dessy will be credited to you.
