When will my order ship/how long does it take to receive my order once I place it?Updated 3 months ago

Standard Shipping Times

As long as all items in your order are in stock, our typically processing time is 3-5 business days for standard shipping orders. Once shipped from our fulfillment center in New Jersey, orders take an average of seven business days to arrive. You will receive an email notification once your items ship with a link to track your package. 

If an item on your order is temporarily out of stock, an estimated shipping date should have popped up under the item you were selecting as well as an option to "pre-order." 

Expedited Shipping Times

At checkout, you will be given the option to purchase 2 day or next day shipping. 

As long as all items in your order are in stock, our typically processing time is 1-2 business days for expedited orders. You will receive an email notification once your items ship with a link to track your package. 

If an item on your order is temporarily out of stock, an estimated shipping date should have popped up under the item you were selecting as well as an option to "pre-order." 

Swatch Shipping Times

If you ordered swatches, they are shipped via USPS within 2 business days of your order being placed. Unless paid for, you will not receive tracking information for swatches but you will receive a notification that the order has been fulfilled. Swatch orders take 7-14 business days to arrive via USPS. 

Made-to-Order Shipping Times

As soon as we finalize your order and you complete payment, we will get to work making your special piece just for you. In an average of 10 weeks, your SuitShop Made-to-Order garments will be delivered straight to your door. Please note, all made-to-order packages require a signature on delivery. We want to make sure your goods arrive safe and sound!

Exchange Shipping Times

All exchanges are shipping via standard ground shipping, even if expedited shipping was purchased on the original order. If you need an expedited exchange, we recommend requested a return label to return your current items for a refund and placing a new order on our website so you can purchase either 2 day or next day shipping on your new order.
