When will my order ship/how long does it take to receive my order once I place it?Updated 2 months ago

As long as all items in your order are in stock, our typically processing time is 1-2 business days for expedited orders and 3-5 business days for standard shipping orders. Once shipped from our fulfillment center in New Jersey, orders take an average of seven business days to arrive. You will receive an email notification once your items ship with a link to track your package. 

At checkout, you will be given the option to purchase 2 day or overnight shipping. 

If an item on your order is temporarily out of stock, an estimated shipping date should have popped up under the item you were selecting as well as an option to "pre-order." 

If you ordered swatches, they are shipped via USPS within 2 business days of your order being placed. Unless paid for, you will not receive tracking information for swatches but you will receive a notification that the order has been fulfilled. Swatch orders take 7-14 business days to arrive with USPS.
