When will my exchange arrive?

FREE SHIPPING:

Free Ground shipping is applied to all orders, returns, and exchanges. All free Ground shipments ship within 2-5 business days from our facility in New Jersey. Transit times can vary from 3-10 business days depending on your locations.

If you choose instant exchange your items will begin processing immediately. If not, the order will begin processing as soon as your return label has been dropped off and scanned in by the carrier and shows tracking information in their system.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING:

If you need your new sizes expedited, please return your current order for a refund and place a new order with expedited shipping. The refund on your original order will be processed as soon as the items are delivered back to us and processed by our team. 

Expedited 2 day and next day options are available at regular check-out for an additional cost. Expedited shipments typically ship out within 1-2 business days and delivery is based on the option chosen at checkout. Transit times do not include order processing time. 

-Backordered items will ship based on the date displayed when selected.

-Expedited shipments are not delivered on weekends.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is available at regular check-out through Passport Shipping. Simply enter your international address and a full quote for shipping, taxes, and duties will be included.

Transit times can vary significantly from 10-30 days in transit. We recommend ordering in advance to allow time for delivery delays. International shipments do not include free exchanges and returns.
