When will I receive my refund or store credit?Updated a month ago

Returns for refund are processed at our fulfillment center as soon as the return is reviewed and restocked. This can take up to 5 business days after the package has been delivered. If you chose store credit, a discount code will be emailed to you after your return has been processed. 

If you processed a standard exchange, there is no refund needed! The balance from your return was simply applied to your new items.

If you processed an instant exchange, an authorization was placed on your card for the total amount of your return items. This is how we ensure that funds can be captured for any items you keep -- it’s just like a hold that hotels or rideshare apps use, and helps protect against fraud. The way authorizations display on your statement varies by bank. Typically, authorizations are labeled as “pending” OR they will not have a date associated with the charge, indicating that the charge has not yet been posted. 

If you were provided multiple shipping labels but put all of your items in one box, this can cause our team to take longer to process your return. Typically, returns are processed within 5 business days of the box being delivered at our fulfillment center, however in this case it can take up to two weeks for items to be processed and resolved.
