What are the options if I want to order something I don't see on your website or a made-to-order color?Updated 2 months ago
We do offer special order suiting styles/colors that are not listed on our site. Our special order styles/colors are made in our sample room and can take on average 8-10 weeks after payment date to deliver. You can view our available colors and patterns on our Swatch Page.
The items are not made to custom fit, but we offer a very wide range of sizes that you can choose from. The best way to determine your size/fit is to take our FitFinder quiz and order one of our in stock options online to try-on, all orders include free shipping and returns (with exception to international orders).
Once you confirm the size, we can place the special order for you and send you a link to complete payment. Please note that special orders do not go into production until payment is completed, and take on average 8-10 weeks to be made and delivered. Special order styles are non-returnable as they are unique colors or styles made just for you!
