My order says delivered but I can't find itUpdated 6 days ago

We're so sorry to hear your package has been lost or stolen. If you purchased Shipping Protection at checkout we are happy to reship the items for you. 

If you purchased Shipping Protection with your order and your package was damaged, lost, or stolen, here's how you request a reorder.

  1. Reorder requests are made easy at https://returncenter.suitshop.com/
  2. You will need your order number or tracking number and the email address you placed your order with.
    1. Your order number can be found on the order confirmation email.
  3. Once you indicate if the package was never received or stolen and confirm your shipping address, you can submit your claim for review. 
  4. We may reach out to you with any questions and will typically have a resolution within 24 business hours.

If you did not include Shipping Protection on your order, and tracking is showing proof of delivery to the address associated with your order, you order is not covered for a free replacement or refund. We recommend filing a claim with FedEx or UPS directly and placing a new order to an alternative shipping address. We are also happy to update your order to require signature upon delivery if you reach out to us at [email protected] or 773-303-6006.
