It says my order/ item is ineligible for self service.Updated 8 months ago
Not to worry, we can help! Orders are typically unavailable for self service for the following reasons:
- Your order was received over 30 days ago. We can make an exception to this as long as the items are still unworn and unaltered with the tags still attached.
- The event date on the order has already passed. We want to make sure the items are still in their original condition. We also often have customers who think the items were a rental but they are to keep!
- You need a shoe return and shoes need their own shipping label separate from other suiting and accessory items.
