I requested a refund but I don't have the credit card anymore.Updated 8 months ago
While we cannot change the method of payment the refund will be issued to, the good news is that your bank/card company will automatically transfer the refund to your new card number if it is the same account with a new card.
If your account has been canceled, you will need to contact your card company or bank to see how you will receive your refund. Typically they will issue you a check.
We do this to help prevent fraud by ensuring funds return to the same bank account that was originally debited and not an account that does not belong to the original cardholder.
