I need to exchange an item but it says the new size is backordered/ out of stock.Updated 8 months ago

The good news is, this may not be the case. Our system can get a little conusing when it comes to backordered items and we apologize for this. If you are seeing something like this: 

The size is available now and will ship right away! Simply click on the length option you need. Even more sizes will be arriving on the backordered date as we always have a steady flow of incoming inventory. 

If you don't see any of the white circles to click on, OR the cirlce to click on includes a backorder date, then that would mean your item is unavailable or out of stock and will ship at a later date. You can always reach out to us at [email protected] or via phone at (773) 303-6006 for a solution.
