I just placed an order but it was cancelled, what happened?Updated 3 months ago
If your order was cancelled immediately, it has come up as a flagged order. This can sometimes be because of an incorrect zip code, CVV, billing/shipping address mismatch, IP address error, or that the card was used unauthorized. In these cases for your security and for ours, our system automatically cancels these orders. If you found this in error you can place a new order through our site and as soon as it comes up in an approved status we will be happy to ship it out!
