I can't access my account.Updated 2 years ago

We're sorry you're having trouble accessing your account! If you've placed an order with us AND logged into your account before, try requesting a password reset from the login page. Simply click Forgot Password and enter your email address. 

We do not require accounts to be created during the checkout process, however you should have an account if you have set up a wedding group with us. 

If you're still having trouble, please reach out to us and one of our team members will be able to assist with sending another activation email or resetting your account.
