How do I request a return or exchange?Updated 4 months ago

To initiate a return or exchange of your items, simply visit our returns and exchanges page and we will make sure to process your request quickly to get you what you need on time. We will reach out to you if we need more info to complete the request.

For items that need to be returned to us, we will issue a pre-paid return label to the email address associated with your order.* If you need to update your email or physical address, please contact us at [email protected].


*International orders are not eligible for free returns or exchanges. Personalized items are not eligible for returns unless damaged. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
