What is Green Shipping Protection? 

You can now purchase 100% carbon offsetting, shipping protection, and dedicated support — offered by Corso. We’re making it easy for our customers to do right by the planet by providing an option at checkout to offset 100% of the carbon emissions associated with shipping your order. 

Additionally, every single package is protected against theft, damage, and carrier mishandling to ensure your goods arrive safe and sound. 

If you are using the Shop App, you will need to search for "sustainability" or "coverage" to add the item to your cart.



How does Green Shipping Protection work? 


If you purchased Green Shipping Protection with your order and your package was damaged, lost, or stolen, here's how you request a reorder.

  1. Green Shipping Protection reorders are made easy at reorder.corso.com
  2. You will need your order number and the email address you placed your order with.
    1. Your order number can be found on the order confirmation email.
  3. Once you indicate if the package was damaged, lost, or stolen and complete the request, you will get a reorder confirmation.
  4. This information is sent to Corso and they may reach out to you with any questions but they usually will have a resolution within 24 hours.

You can also chat with them online or email them at [email protected]. Have your order number ready. If you purchased Green Shipping Protection, please contact Corso with any questions you have regarding shipping issues.

When Should I File a Claim?


Claims for packages marked “delivered” must be filed after 48 hours and before 60 days from the date the package was marked “delivered" for domestic orders and after 14 days for international orders. 

Am I able to change the address to which I would like my re-order delivered?


Yes! If you would like your re-order to be delivered to an address that is different from the original shipping address, you can indicate this change in your claim notes or by responding to the confirmation email you recieve after filing your Corso claim. 


Can I change my shipping method?

Reorders will be shipped via the same delivery method as the original order. However, if you need expedited shipping for your order to arrive in time for your event date, please note this in your claim and request expedited shipping from your Corso rep.

How does Green Shipping Protection help the environment?

Corso calculates our customers' carbon footprint and the cost to offset it at checkout. 

The impact of shipping a package

As products get shipped across the country,  carbon gets emitted directly into the environment. For example, A 20 ton truck traveling 1000 miles emits over 3 metric tonnes of CO2. To put this in perspective, the average US household produces 15 - 20 metric tons of CO2 each year.

As packages get shipped via ocean, railway, or road, the environmental cost adds up with every purchase that is placed, packaged, and shipped.

How you can help

While your package may be small and not weigh very much, when you combine it with the millions of other packages being shipped every day, the environmental impact is staggering.

So whenever you place an order online with one of our partner merchants, you will be presented with the opportunity to opt in to have 100% of carbon emissions associated with the order offset, and the order will be fully protected against theft, damage, and carrier mishandling. Carbon offset funds will be contributed to carefully selected projects in partnership with Cool Effect, a nonprofit whose projects are 100% scientifically verified and ethically proven.
