Do you ship my exchange before receiving my return?Updated 5 months ago

When you fill out our return form, if you choose "instant exchange" your order will ship within 72 business hours! If you choose this option, you will be asked to enter your card information during the exchange process. After your card is authorized, your exchange will ship within 2-4 business days. Please note that your return label must be scanned within 21 days to avoid being charged for your exchange. Please drop off your return promptly to avoid being charged.

If you aren't in a hurry, your new order will ship out 48 business hours after your return shipping label has been scanned by FedEx. Standard shipping time is 7-10 business days.

Unfortunately, there are some items that are not currently available for returns or exchanges in the self-service portal at this time:

• Personalized Items

• Gift Items
