You can contact SuitShop's Customer Support team by filling out our contact form, e-mailing us at [email protected] or by calling us at 773-303-6006. We also respond to direct messages on instagram and facebook! 

Our phone lines are open Monday through Friday 9am-7pm EST and Saturdays 10am-5pm EST. Please note, we do not have direct lines to our stores but our in-store team members are often answering calls! If someone from your local store is unavailable at the time of your call they will be able to call you back shortly, but most often the customer care team can help answer your question!
