Can I return items from multiple orders all in one box?Updated 4 hours ago

You must use separate boxes for each order number you have and each return label that is generated for you in order to receive an accurate refund or exchange on your items. The good news is that you can use ANY box to send your items back to us, it doesn't have to be ours. AND, if you take your items to a FedEx Office or The UPS Store location they should be able to print the labels and tape up the boxes for you. 

If you received multiple return labels but are returning items from the same order, you can use one box and one label rather than splitting up for example a jacket in one box and pants in another. However, if you are returning shoes those do need to be shipped back in a separate box. 

If you processed an instant exchange and wish to return the new items instead of the original sizes, that is no problem. Simply use the return shipping label you were sent for the original return to send us back whichever items won't work out!
