Can I return items from multiple orders all in one box?Updated a year ago

You must use separate boxes for each order and each return label that is generated for you in order to receive an accurate refund or exchange on your items. The good news is that you can use ANY box to send your items back to us, it doesn't have to be ours. AND, if you take your items to a FedEx Office location they should be able to print the labels and tape up the boxes for you.
