Do I need to use separate return shipping labels for an order that arrived in multiple boxes?Updated an hour ago

Great question. If you order arrived in multiple shipments and you need to return the items, our system may generate multiple return labels for you to ship your items back to us. As long as you are returning items from the same order, you can use one box and one label rather than splitting up for example a jacket in box and pants in another. However, if you are returning shoes those do need to be shipped back in a separate box. 

If you are returning items from multiple orders, please use separate return labels and boxes for each order. This helps our receiving team process your items quickly and ensures an accurate retund if needed. 

If you processed an instant exchange and wish to return the new items instead of the original sizes, that is no problem. Simply use the return shipping label you were sent for the original return to send us back whichever items won't work out.
