What if I'd like my group to wear a Made-to-Order style?Updated 8 months ago

We'd be happy to suit up your group in one of our Made-to-Order options! We recommend contacting us for persoalized help throughout this process but here is a general guideline for how that will work: 

Step 1. SET UP A GROUP

Click here to Set Up A Group. You will add the names and emails for your group members first. Then, you will be prompted to add items to a "look" for your group. Please add the “classic black suit” and mark it as required. The group members will order this style as a try-on for sizing.  Once your group is set up, please contact us and we will take care of the outreach to each group member on the next steps. 

Step 2. SIZING CONFIRMATION

Each group member will receive an email from us with a link to order a classic black in-stock suit to try on and confirm their SuitShop size. We will also share a link to our Fit Finder and we're available virtually for any sizing questions they may have. Also, anyone located near a showroom can visit us in person to determine their size. 

All in-stock orders include free shipping, free exchanges, and returns in the US so there is no additional cost for ordering a try-on suit online to confirm the right size for their special order suit.

Step 3. ORDERING 

Once each member has tried on the in-stock black suit, they simply reply to the email we sent them and we can set up their special order invoice. We will be sure to follow-up with anyone we haven't heard from yet as we get closer to the 10 week shipping timeline. 

Step 4. DELIVERY TIME

Special order suits take 8-10 weeks to make in our sample room and deliver to you. We provide estimated delivery dates a week or two after the order is placed and tracking when the order ships!
