Men's length recommendations based on height (applies to both jackets and pants): 

< 5'9" Short 

5'9" - 6'0" Regular

6'0" - 6'4" Long

> 6'4" Extra Long 

Women's and Unisex length recommendations based on height (applies to both jackets and pants): 

< 5'5" Short 

5'5" - 5'8" Regular

> 5'8" Long
