RedThread hemming service is an optional service offered to our showroom customers who have the choice to be measured in person for their hem. For just $35 your pants will arrive hemmed when your order delivers to your home.

When will I receive my order?

You should expect delivery in 3-3.5 weeks. Once you place an order in the showroom, it ships within 3-5 business days to RedThread in Reno, NV first before it is delivered to your home. Once your pants are ready, RedThread will email new tracking information to you directly.

Who should I contact if I need help or if my hem is not correct?

Can I have additional alterations done on top of the pant hem? 

No, at this time we will only be offering a simple pant hem for length through RedThread.

Can I have my women’s pants shortened or let out?

No, at this time only men’s unfinished pants are eligible for RedThread Service.

Can I use Red Thread hemming service if I haven't been to a SuitShop showroom but I know my inseam? 

No, at this time we are only able to offer this service to our in-person customers. We recommend finding a local dry cleaner that offers alterations services and has great reviews for your hemming needs.
