Made-to-Order styles typically require 8-10 weeks total for production, shipping, and delivery from the time you place your order.

Please note that special orders do not go into production until payment is completed. Special order styles are non-returnable as they are unique colors or styles made just for you! 

Please note that all special orders do require a signature upon delivery to your home for security purposes. Additionally, every single order is required to add our Green Shipping Protection for $3.95. This is to ensure your package is protected against theft, damage, and carrier mishandling. We want to make sure your goods arrive safe and sound!

Production timelines for Made-to-Order items are subject to change throughout the year. 

As a note, shipping is still fast and free once your style is completed and ready. We'll update you with tracking information and get your order straight to your door.
