How do I send a reminder email to my wedding group?Updated 3 months ago

If you would like to resend your introduction email** to someone or you just want to give someone a nudge to order, you are able to send a reminder from your wedding group account. 

Log in to your account and click Manage under Suit a Group on the top of the account page. If your group still has members that need to order, you will be able to click blue Send Reminder button in the sidebar. Be sure to un-select group members who have already placed their orders. You will also be able to view the reminder schedule as automated reminders are sent to your group on a regular basis.

** At this time, you are unable to resend the introduction email on your end so if you feel there is information you need to include we are happy to resend that for you. Just reach out to us at [email protected] and we'll get that sent right away.
