How do I measure myself for a suit?Updated a month ago

While we recommend filling out or data-backed and super simple fit finder which is about 85% accurate at recommending your perfect sizes, we are also happy to provide recommendations based on measurements.

Here are some simple guidelines for taking your measurements. You can also follow this video on how to measure yourself at home.

Chest: Hold the measuring tape parallel to the floor – Circle it around the chest at the nipple line, underneath arms, with arms relaxed at sides.
Waist: Hold the measuring tape parallel to the floor - Circle around your waist where you would wear your pants, below the belly button and above the hips.
Hip: Hold the measuring tape parallel to the floor – Circle it around the widest part of the hips, crossing behind the back. Meet the measuring tape with your other finger to find your hip size. Hold the tape still so that it doesn't sag or twist around the hip area.
Thigh: Stand with feet shoulder-width apart. Wrap the measuring tape around the thickest part of your thigh. (For most individuals, this will be somewhere between the mid and upper thigh. You can easily locate the thickest part of your thigh by slowly sliding the tape measure up and down your leg.) Keep the tape snug but not tight, and ensure that the tape measure is level from front to back.

How to measure a suit you have at home:

If you have a suit you love the fit of and can share a few measurements with me following the document attached, I will be able to make a recommendation for the closest fitting size we offer! Please submit measurements in inches if possible but if cm. is easier we can convert.
