Promotion Overview

This promotion offers the groom or a designated "Nearlywed" a complimentary 2-piece suit (up to a maximum value of $248) when 5 or more individuals registered in the "Nearlywed's" SuitShop Wedding Group completes the purchase of qualifying 2-piece suits.

Eligibility

This promotion applies exclusively to registered SuitShop groups created on 12/22/2025 or later. Promotion does not apply to previously registered groups, outside of otherwise-specified partner promotions. Qualifying group purchases must include at least 5 members (not including the groom/"Nearlywed"), such as groomsmen, officiants, family members, or guests. Each qualifying suit purchase must be valued at $199 or greater and must be registered under the designated group. All required group members must be registered in SuitShop's Wedding Group Management dashboard to be eligible for the promotion.

Discount Value

The total discount is valued at up to $248 USD and can be applied only to the purchase of a suit or tuxedo jacket and pair of suit or tuxedo pants. If the suit or tuxedo selected by the groom/"Nearlywed" is priced at $199, they will receive a discount of $199.

Relevant Items

The discount applies to suit or tuxedo purchases (1 suit or tuxedo jacket and 1 pair of suit or tuxedo pants) only and cannot be used for accessories, shirts, or other items.

Application to Made-to-Order Suits

This promotion can apply to a Made-to-Order suit or tuxedo, but it will only cover a maximum value of $248 toward the cost. The remaining balance for Made-to-Order suits or tuxedos exceeding this value must be paid separately.

Exchange and Return Policy

We honor free exchanges and returns within 30 days; however, the discount will be void if any qualifying group member receives a refund greater than $199 within the 30-day return window. This is in place to ensure fair use and prevent fraud.

Early Suit Purchase Option

A suit may be purchased before the wedding group is created or complete. Once the group meets all redemption requirements and you have received your free suit discount code via email, contact our support team with your order number and a request for a refund instead of the discount code so we can review the order and determine whether it qualifies for the promotion.

If a group member has placed their order before the wedding party was completed, be sure to use the email address used for their order in the wedding group coordinator. 

Orders Placed for Multiple Wedding Group Members

If one person purchases qualifying suits for multiple people, the discount code activation will not be automated. Please reach out to us at [email protected] and include the order numbers and the intended party members' names and email addresses so we can review whether the orders can be connected to your wedding group.

A suit purchased before the wedding group was created may still be eligible for the promotion. Orders are reviewed after the group meets all promotion requirements, including the minimum number of qualifying purchases.

Eligibility depends on the promotion requirements and the team's ability to verify and associate the order with the wedding group. If approved, the qualifying discount or refund will be handled according to the promotion terms.

The promotion is subject to availability and cannot be combined with other offers. SuitShop reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time.
