Can I return/ exchange in person?Updated 2 months ago

Absolutely! You are welcome to book a fitting here to try on some sizes and place an exchange in our showroom. Please note, we do not carry a full run of sizes in every style/color, so it may not be possible to walk out with the items you'd like to exchange for. We can absolutely accept your return items in store and if needed facilitate a new exchange order to ship directly to you.

Otherwise, to set up an exchange online, simply click on the link below and follow the prompts; it's fast, free, and easy! 


If you need to return/ exchange items from multiple orders, please submit a return/exchange request for each box that you received and ship the items back to us separately

If you require expedited shipping for the exchange to arrive in time, select "return for refund" on the items you are sending back and place a new order with our expedited shipping options displayed at check-out, the refund on your original order will be processed as soon as the items are delivered back to us.
